I was at Carrefour Subang today, 26/1/12 and want to try the food at about 1.30pm. The outlet was not that packed. After waiting for more than 20 minutes the food did not arrived. When check with waiter if our order ready and he just nooded his head and did even mentiond to check. The chicken rice we order arrived unfortunately it is the white rice with chicken and it was not presented that well. You can see the rice scattered in the plate.and there is no soup being served. Till we finished the soup did not arrived at all and the rice was dry and not properly cooked.To make matter worse we have to ask several time for our drinks. I have to share my mango drink with my colleague since her ice tea was nowhere to be seen. Can see the staff was not trained properly and their face show that they are so stress up. From outside near the cashier you can see the tray and bottle of sauce scatterd all over near the deliver counter. Not a pleasing sight at all! The outlet manager do something.Train your staff to be more alert and focus. We are not please with the service provide and as we left there’s few table still waiting for their food and vacant table was not clear up. It’s such a pity when you had a delicious and tasty chicken but the service is out.
